Comfortable pillow that gives good neck support
I picked up this pillow to try since I deal with a stiff neck sometimes and I have to say it has been pretty comfortable. The memory foam feels soft at first but has enough firmness to keep my head and neck supported through the night. The contour shape helps keep me in a better position, whether I roll onto my side or end up on my back. I was not sure at first if it would feel strange compared to a regular pillow, but after a couple nights it felt natural and I woke up without the same neck pain I usually get.The cover is soft and removable which makes it easy to wash, and the pillow has held its shape after several weeks of use without flattening out. It does not sleep hot either, which I was a little worried about since memory foam sometimes traps heat. Overall I think it is a well made pillow that works for different sleep positions. I would give it 5 stars for being supportive, comfortable, and helping me wake up feeling less sore.

Game Changer
This pillow has been a game changer for me. Finally sleep comfortably with neck support and no need for scrunched up pillows. Your head and neck ali.gnment makes such a huge difference for a better nights sleep. Our daughter loved it too she said after searching for years for a comfortable pillow this one works great and love sleeping with it.

No more neck pain!!
I have bought many pillows to try to get better sleep, but this one has truly helped me sleep more comfortable and LONGER. This pillow allows me to sleep on my back, side and stomach all while supporting my neck. No more hearing my neck pop when I move causing headaches and back pain. I highly recommend this pillow! The only negative is that I can use it to sleep on my stomach, it is not as comfortable as the other positions. However not waking up 4+ times a night with pain is worth the sacrifice.

Pillow arrived quickly which was my goal. The item is just as pictured and described.Night one: impressed with how well I slept! I was extremely skeptical because I have been through a number of neck pillows.I hadn’t slept through the night without pain interruption in such a long time.This pillow is an adjustment. It’s slightly higher than traditional pillows but my neck was supported by the butterfly cradle. It doesn’t feel as restricted as the shape appears. I am comfortable enough reading while lying down.However, I am a side sleeper and I have to find my “spot”.With that said, I hope my 5 day update is just as great.

Amazing
As someone who has bought FAR TOO MANY pillows..I think this pillow is great. Definitely let it fluff for 24 hours. It’s soft, but form enough to provide support for the neck and shoulder which as a side sleeper provided pain relief. I didn’t notice a strong smell, it had the plastic smell as fluffing but once it was done it didn’t smell. Highly recommend for a quality sleep

Nice pillow but a little over priced
Wow, I wish I was buying it today- I paid almost $50 and it’s on sale right now for under $30! LolWell anyways. I took out the small insert because it felt a little too tall for me even on the narrow part. If I’m watching tv, I have the higher middle under my neck and if I’m sleeping the shorter middle part. (Check out pillow pics if you’re unsure of what I mean)It had no smell, so I was happy about that since some reviews mentioned a strong odor.There is no cooling effect as far as I can tell; is there supposed to be? (Suggestions below review mention it as an idea talking point lol)It is firm/sturdy, but squishy if you press it.So it did take a few nights to get used to for sure; I bought it hoping it would help a shoulder pain I’ve been having and the numbness in my hands (other reviews mentioned it helping those things) but it hasn’t made a difference for me. I will say- before this pillow I was waking up a lot more through the night to flip my pillow; I seem to sleep better/longer at least a couple nights a week now; not sure if it’s pillow related or not.Downsides- 1- I bought the queen size; and while the idea of the arm rest things on the side is great, they are far too small to actually use unless maybe you have really tiny arms. I’m an average size woman (xl) and to me it doesn’t even look big enough for a kids arms. So I was disappointed in that bc I think that would be nice and maybe have potential to help with the shoulder and numbing in hands.2- I feel like it is definitely a little pricier than it needs to be especially considering how small the sides are so I can’t really utilize it as advertised. I think the sale price they have for today would be a reasonable regular price, so if you’re interested, watch for the sale price and get it then.I do wonder if I’d ordered the king size instead if I would have been able to utilize the arm spots better if they are larger. So if the arm feature is something you want, consider getting the king size pillow instead.

Soft, comfy!
The pillow is soft and comfortable, but I have noticed I have a headache upon waking up in the am. I am a back sleeper only, so don’t know if that has to do with it, but it is a good pillow and trying for a few more weeks!

Perfect for side sleepers or those of us with sleep apnea.
This pillow is perfect for both side sleepers and those of us with sleep apnea. I have the queen sized one and their is more than enough room to lay my head down on while wearing a full sleep apnea mask. When it first arrived I let it air out for 2 full days as it did have a slight ozone smell to it but after 2 days it smelled fine. It’s soft while at the same time being firm enough to keep your head and neck aligned. You can take out a piece of the memory foam from the pillow case should you need to but I’ve kept mine as is. You can adjust the pillow to which height your comfortable with simply by turning it around.

Weird, but better than what I’m used to. like everybody here I have a ton of neck pain but this is the first heavily contoured product I’ve tried for the cervical area and the slats where you would fit your arms initially feel wrong to the body and yet you get the sense that that’s how you’re supposed to be laying. I’m going to give this some more use but I’m happy so far. I don’t have the issues people have complained about with a smell either. my only gripe is we’re stuck with the pillowcase that comes with it when there are several other kinds to help cool or smooth and out a surface but we seem to be stuck with what we get. maybe I save more money that way? I’ll give a fifth star if my neck is not hurting in a couple of weeks.
