Quality product with the awesome price.
So far everything is as expected. I have used the frother with works well, Ican control the speeds well. It is very easy to hold to use, not awkward or heavy. I have also used the blender and bowl to chop up eggs for egg salad. I just received this today and I am looking forward to using all the attachments to make life a bit easier. It is easy to clean as well.

It holds up well to frequent use and looks great on the countertop. All the attachments work perfectly together and feel high quality. I had a few questions and reached out to customer service—they were very responsive and helpful. Overall, a great product with excellent support. Highly recommend!

Great Blender, Just Not Space-Saving

Cheaply made – terrible product
I had no idea the product needed to be plugged directly into the wall. No points off for that, as that was my mistake, but I wish I had known so I could’ve at least opted for one that could be charged. The real problem is that it is so cheaply made that on my very first use just trying to mix a matcha latte, the coils came off the head. It didn’t even froth my milk at all. What a massive disappointment and letdown of a product. I had thought I was buying one of the better Amazon choices, but I guess not.

Wonderful 3 in 1 Hand Blender!
The MEGAWISE 3-in-1 Hand Blender is sturdy, plugs into the wall (don’t need batteries) and has 12 speeds and 3 strong attachments: milk frother, whisk, and blender stick! It’s wonderful!!

Died After 5 Months, Seller Did Send Replacement
I received this blender in February of 2025. I used it five or six times to make soup. It is now August and I took it out again to make something. It died part way through. I contacted the company that sold it on Amazon, and they asked for my order number. I provided the number, but then they asked for a screenshot showing the order, which I provided. They asked if I tried another outlet, which I had, so I said yes. I also told them that other things in the first outlet work, so it isn’t the outlet. They then asked for a video of me demonstrating that the item doesn’t work, but that other things work in the outlet. SERIOUSLY?! I am not lying, I asked the guy why don’t you just send me a return label, I’ll ship it back to you and you can test it and see for yourself that IT DOENS’T WORK. He told me they would get back to me in a couple days. Great. Guess I’ll just buy another blender right now in the mean time (not this brand). It’s BS that this thing didn’t even last six months. Good grief!8/15/25 Update: the seller did send me a replacement blender. I do appreciate that. I purchased another one in the mean time, So I guess I will have two, which could be good if one dies in the midst of food preparation.

Excellent Product & Customer Support
We use this item in our kitchen on a regular basis. It gets a workout, and does an excellent job. We have been using it for almost a year and a half. Had to contact customer service for help one time. There response was immediate, and the resolution was perfect. I would recommend this item, and purchase it again if needed.

This has been one of my favorite blenders. I use it daily for protein shakes. After 7 months, it broke. I contacted the manufacturer and worked with Mandy. Mandy processed the replacement for a quick turn around delivery which should be less than a week! Great product, great customer service!

I use this mixer on a daily basis. Works excellent for completely mixing up protein shakes. I had an issue with the attachment head which customer service was absolutely excellent at making right. They offered a replacement promptly which was going to take a bit longer bc it shipped from a warehouse far away, so they offered to replace the entire unit to make the process quicker….excellent customer service!!!!!
