Can’t live without these guys !!!!!
This guy has changed my life !!!!I ended up buying 2 of them.One for upstairs, one for downstairs.The app works pretty good, and the virtual walls are great !!!It’s almost hands free, other then changing the water and stuff like that.Every 2 months or so, I’ll do a bit of maintenance, but it cleans itself pretty well.I want them to last for a long time, so it’s smart to do it as often as possible, but not necessary if your a lazy sod….lolMy house is always pretty dust free because of these guys !!!!!Having your house mopped at least twice a week is awesome !!!!!I ordered lots of extra parts so everything is fresh and clean.Usually do that every 2 months.Definitely worth it, and it’s only like 20-40 bucks a year for maintaining everything, so that’s great !!!So far I’ve had them for 2 years or so, and they still work great !!!!I hope they last forever !!!!Great buy !!!!

I’m in love with this robot.
This is everything I ever wanted in a robot. It mops and vacuums. No manual mapping for rugs like other brands. It has a tank for clean water and dirty water so I can set it to clean the whole house while at work. It has a dang camera too so you can check on your house by driving it around remotely. I’m in love.

I love “jack the vac”
I was skeptical if it would do a great job mopping, but man, I am in love. My floors have never looked this good, even my best friend noticed as soon as she walked in. (which not sure if it was a compliment or a commentary on my previous mopping skill)I did find that vacuuming, then mopping does a better job, which makes sense.It does a great job getting into corners and seems to get everything picked up.Set up was pretty easy, no issues and I’ve added some areas after the initial mapping. It is easy to set zones for just areas that need to be done more often.The user interface isn’t bad, but it is a bit convoluted on getting to things you want to change.If you can’t afford to buy the top of the line, honestly, this does everything I could ask of it.And when you see the dirt and the dirty water, you know it is working. So “jack” was a match made in heaven for my house!, lol

Very good mop, However some warnings are required.
I own a roborock Qrevo Master. (twice the price of this one at the time of writing). Roborock will not sell me an additional doc for my 2nd floor. so instead of giving roborock any more of my money I chose the Dreame robot. This unit is very similar to the roborock in so many ways and I have not problems with the robot and the robots vacuum and mopping, it is very close to the roborock in it is cleaning abilities.(BTW Dreame Will also not sell an additional dock either)The prosVery good cleaning and great obstacle avoidance On par with roborock at half the price.Hot water washing of pads is awesome and the mop pads are cleaned and dried.Mop cleaning solution compartment mixes soap with water automatically. (roborock does not have this).Software is great easy to use and similar to roborock.The consThe dock needs work. The cleaning part of the dock does not have a removable water bin, you have to wipe it out. This means bending over and manually cleaning it. The roborock has a removable cleaning bin and the part that is connected to the dock stays dry. Dream docks have issues leaking out the bottom of the dock. This can damage most floors. I HIGHLY SUGGEST YOU BUY A RUBBER MAT TO PUT UNDER THIS DOCK. There is well documented issues of floors being ruined by a leaking dock with all models of Dreame. That being said it was half the price of roborock, however this should be known to everyone who buys a Dreame product that you need to protect your floor.The battery is weak and cannot clean my 2nd floor that is a fraction of the size of my upstairs that the roborock does on a 50% charge.I would give this product many more stars if it did not come with a leaking dock. They need to address this issue.

Great job vacuuming and mopping but…
I’ve had the dreameL10pro ultra heat about two weeks ago. It sweeps and mops well, leaving no uncleanned areas. It does not leave streaks and vacuums the carpet well. Problems…it loses wifi connection often and reconnects with difficulty and it wanders about taking at least 1/3 more time to cover the same area and it is loud on carpet. At this point I have no reason to return it as it does a good job cleaning. I will have to see if the wifi disconnection becomes worse.

Who ever invented this bravo 👏. I wish I would have purchased it sooner. The machine is very thorough and works well on carpets and other flooring. It saves so much time and energy . I bought one for my upstairs and one for downstairs. It’s great. Definitely recommend.

Game changer!

Before buying this I had one of the popular brands vacuum only. The battery life was terrible and app was so limited. I did a TON of research. My Dreame is perfect. It’s amazing how customized I can make it. A lot of reviews don’t discuss this enough but the battery life is incredible, lasts for so long. It never gets stuck and reaches places that constantly surprise me. I love how I can have it clean multiple rooms and on multiple settings. It’s crazy how it knows where carpets are and doesn’t mop on them. Recommendation, a default setting is for the extending arm to be on minimum use. I changed it to max use and it’s wild how well it cleans under my fridge and corners with it. I can’t possible understand how anything more expensive would give me anything more than this. But I do know that anything cheaper and it’s gonna have to charge way too much. I also see the room order of cleaning so it doesn’t clean my mud room before my kitchen. It’s great having it vacuum only one room and mop/vacuum another. You can make changes mid cleaning for example make the suction higher or lower. Child proof locks are brilliant as my kids like to press buttons when I’m not looking. The mop pads get very clean after use and the water tank holds a ton of water. On the clean genius setting it will go back on its own and re clean extra dirty areas. The mapping is insanely accurate. I have an open kitchen/family room so I merged those two rooms and then created a line where I want to separate where each room starts and ends. Oh also probably the most important thing, this robot gets our house so clean! Ours is named Lightning McClean.I do have a cat and no hair has gotten stuck in the brushes which is very impressive.I don’t have any cons or negatives, this robot by far exceeds my expectations. My recommendation is don’t go cheaper because you’ll lose so much but you don’t need to go more expensive because you can’t really gain anything more.

Cool and cute but not awesome
Cool vac/mop but far from perfect. The mop function is good and the vac is subpar. I feel like a 2nd or 3rd generation $900 unit (on deep discount) should have ironed out most of the complaints I have. My issues:1. The vac dust bin is TINY (about 1 cup) with no sensor for when it’s full (other brands at this price do). You will likely need to pause the unit’s task and empty the vac bin by hand several times, unless you already have a really clean house or a really small area (my area for the unit is less than 600ft^2). There is currently NO way to increase the auto-empty frequency in the app and only empties at the end of the session (the bin fills up after 1/3 of the living room and doesn’t pick anything else up).2. Check the dust bag in the station after each use (daily for me). The bag in the docking station doesn’t tell you when it’s full or having issues, so essentially you let it go until you notice dust getting clogged in the lines and not making it into the bag, or your vac stops picking up debris (it’s bin is full because the station dust lines are clogged), or you change the bag out before that happens and you aren’t filling the bag which seems wasteful and the bags are expwnsive. There’s no good way to handle this. Annoying.3. Empty the dirty water immediately after the task is complete or it starts to stink (you could add bleach to the tabk maybe?). It smells really bad when we get home from work.4. Make sure you flip the robot over and clean all the moving parts on its belly regularly, because all the moving parts collect dirt/hair and bind up without notification (it will continue to conduct scheduled cleaning sessions even though the mop pads or vac brush aren’t spinning).5. The base of the doc gets pretty gross unless you clean it regularly.6. My BIGGEST issue: The app has issues. There are 65 different menus to navigate. Not sure why anyone says it’s easy to use, but it’s lacking some NEEDED features, there is a steep learning curve, and the translation to Elnglish was rough. My biggest complaint is the UI is clunky, maps don’t always save (soooo annoying), and there is NO option to increase the vac auto-empty frequency. This is a huge oversite and actually makes this vac almost unusable for me.7. My next BIGGEST issue: replacement parts/cleaning solution are really hard to find. They are so expensive, come in bundles with stuff you don’t need, and aren’t readily available. This is tje risk of buying from a smaller brand, I suppose. Stock up on bags while you can!!!8. Super annoying: aveter returning to the doc, the unit scraps al the dust/debri/hair off of its belling, dropping it right in front of the dock… that area is tje dirtiest in my whole house, so I just run a hand-vac around the area. That’s hilarious to me and I get a good giggle out of it each time (like a crazy person chuckle – not a “dang I’m really happy” chuckle).The L10s Pro Untra Heat is definitely a step in the right direction for robo-vac/mops but they still have a long way to go. If the app was perfect this would be a 4-star review.

I have seven kids and live on a farm so incorporating the moo function was exciting to me- my floors have NEVER BEEN CLEANER. One minor complaint it is so ‘intelligent’ and automatic for every function but the sensor for objects getting tangled in the brush are not nearly sensitive enough. I have pulled everything from screws (damaged the silicone roller) to socks out of this thing and rather than having an auto shutoff feature it just keeps trying to suck despite the obstruction

Read this BEFORE you buy!
Don’t buy this if you have pets. It can’t handle a lot of pet hair. I have 1 big dog and 2 ankle biters and this vacuum cannot keep up. I have had this for a minute and there’s things you need to know. You will have to clean mop pad washing station after EVERY USE, otherwise your whole vacuum will be disgusting, and so will your house. It leaves good sized hair clumps all over the floor. The mop pads leave marks on the floor. I’ve changed the settings, but it still does. You really can’t have throw rugs at all because it leaves dirt all around it. I have to go behind this with my cordless Dyson! If you live in a real home with real people and pets, you probably won’t be impressed. If you live by yourself with no kids or pets, you’ll probably like it. I really wanted to love it, but I just like it ok. It’s just ok. I watched reviews before buying. I thought they were fact, but no they were fiction, because if it did everything it said…it be awesome
