Great fan and helpful customer support
Relatively easy to install yourself, just need a bit of diy electrical knowledge and a second person at times. Very nice fan once installed, quiet but powerful and the light color choices are nice. Connection options to Alexa super useful. My remote stopped working after a couple of weeks but the customer support team sent me a new one quickly and fixed the issue. Definitely recommend!

Good looking fan
The fan looks modern and is really quiet. The remote and app work great. There are several fan speeds and a wide range of lighting brightness and color. The only problem with this fan, and all other smart fans that I have installed, is the interaction with Alexa. And the problem is with Alexa. Under certain circumstances Alexa sends an inquiry message to the light. The way this interaction takes place causes the light to come on. So you will be sitting in a room or in bed and the light randomly comes on. I have notified Amazon and they sent me to a site with solutions, but none of those solutions work so I had to remove the fan lights from Alexa.

Love the fan. Easy to install and keeps the room cool. The six speed settings are a big plus as we could never get the “1.5 setting” we wanted before.Fits the room nicely, looks great, and works with Alexa. Just need to remember to call it LR fan and not Ceiling fan.

Worked for a month
Worked for just over a month, then failed to power on. Thought maybe it was wiring but all looked to be correct. Even took down and put old fan back up which is working just fine. Even went through the processes of hiring someone to double check me and put the fan up again in its place and it just has no power. I’m outside the return window by a week and stuck with a dud.

Almost Perfect. Great Quality. Many features for the price
Would like to give it 5 stars.(1) When New the led lamp had issues and the company immediately responded and replaced it.(2) The Tuya app works great never given me an issue (ios) very responsive, programming features are great. This app works with many other brands of products.(3) The led lamp is bright and dimmable and gives 3 options of color temp(3) After a year the wall remote is getting less responsive I have to press the buttons multiple times for the functions to work. The remote has more than enough built in functions and is not a basic remote like other manufacturers ceiling fans.(4) Very quite fan (DC no hum) and with 6 speeds can give you a lot of airflow.Price, value, quality and company support has been top notch. Something you would not expect from a more budget ceiling fan.They only things I would like improved is (1) A more responsive wall mounted remote. (2) A louder acknowledgment beep from the fan (I can barley hear mine.) Like I said almost perfect !

Good looking and qiiet
I never thought I would want a ‘smart’ fan, but it is the only way to go! It is in our bedroom and stays on all night. In the low position it is silent. It comes with a remote control, but we seem to always use Alexa to turn it on and off. Like most LED lights it is very bright and concentrated. The light is infinitely adjustable to suit your needs but does not seem to dissipate the light like a dedicated ceiling mounted light fixture, if that is important to you.

Great customer service and quality product
A friend installed my fan for me. I was sent the dark blade fan instead of the silver/light oak fan. I soon discovered the only difference between the two was the blade color so I contacted the company and they promptly resolved the situation by sending the correct color blade. Service was very quick to respond and followed up with a message to me letting me know about the progress of resolving the issue. The fan has the modern look I wanted, is well made and very quiet. I love the voice command feature and the dimmable light. I highly recommend both Cumilo’s fan and their customer service. In fact, a friend of mine also purchased one shortly after I showed him mine.

Solid Company behind a Very Good Fan!
This is about the ceiling fan, but even more so about the company that sells it.First of all we really like the fan. The looks…. the function….the controlability. It has so many variables that it makes it easy to use. If we have one complaint it would be that the low speed is a bit higher that we would like. If they could slow it down throughout the range it would be the perfect fan.Now…the company. We did initially have a certain situation originally with the fan….. or thought so. We messaged thru Amazon thinking we would not get much response. Boy were we wrong. Almost immediately we were contacted by one of their representatives, Judy. Polite… considerate and attentive. We messaged back and forth and our concerns were resolved. I cant say enough about the pleasure it was t o work with such a company. Fan….4 good Stars. Company 5… Great stars
