It is a nice fan installation wasn’t bad the instructions was a little confusing but it worked out pretty decent. For the money its well worth it. The light is super bright no noise we put it inside the living room.

So quiet for lots of air. Perfect bathroom fixture.
This is just for the toilet and tub area. The fan is super quiet with adjustable speeds. I really like being able to adjust the warmth of the led light to match the bathroom lighting or just use as a low level toilet light. The instructions were awkward, but if you have changed fan and lighting before, just use common sense.if you’re replacing an old pull chain fixture, you can cut off your house wire to the light fixture, as the wiring harness and remote take care of this. As someone else mentioned, we live having the flexibility in the remote rather than using chain pulls. The 3 blades move plenty of air.

Amazing
I had to install a new fan in my rental as the other one died. My dad and my husband installed this one and the tenants love it! They say it’s very powerful with the wind it creates. My dad thought it was so good looking and worked so well, he went and bought one for his house too! It’s sleek and quiet!

Bad experience Bad experience –
Disappointed
I was actually disappointed with the difference in color between what I ordered and what I received. I ordered oak color or at least what appeared in the picture but what I received was reddish color in brown. I had to put them on because I bought 3 of them and I waited for the technician for a long time and I had no time to return those to get the color I wanted. Additionally, one of them wapples and no balance tools or parts came with blades to balance them when needed. I am not happy about this. Plus one blade has some dents and imperfections there. Please look at the pictures below and tell me if what I ordered in the picture with dining table is the same as what I received in the picture that has a ladder on it.
