Firm yet so comfortable
This pillow is awesome. It has the perfect amount of firmness for support, yet is so comfortable like sleeping on a cloud. It works great whether your a side sleeper or like sleeping on your back. Love that it stays cool all night long and gives you the best sleep. I tend to wake up multiple times throughout the night, but ever since the switch to this pillow, I sleep all night. High quality made. Best money ever spent.

I’m a back sleeper and this pillow is perfect for me. My head sinks in just the right amount, which keeps my neck in a nice, natural position — no stiffness when I wake up anymore. Even when I roll onto my side to read or play on my phone, it’s still super comfortable.The memory foam feels soft but supportive, and I like that you can flip it to change the height. It also stays nice and cool all night, which is a big plus.Overall, I’m really happy with it — comfy, supportive, and no more waking up with a sore neck.

Comfy pillow
Very comfortable pillow and has become my favorite pillow! Great for both side and back sleeping. Do not tummy sleep, so unsure of that. Very soft, yet it retains its shape and provides sufficient support with just the right amount of thickness. Not too big and has room for your arms. No bad smells like some pillows. Really get a good night’s sleep with this pillow!

Helpful support sleeping through night – only pillow needed
It offers amazing support for my neck and shoulders and has really helped reduce my morning stiffness. The memory foam is firm yet comfortable, and the contour design keeps my head in the right position all night. Very comfortable!
I’ve never purchased a pillow like this and i’m glad I did. You’re definitely able to streamline you your head and neck so you don’t have any neck or back pain while you’re sleeping. I recently got into a ebike accident and broke a few bones. My collarbone, in particular, was the worst of it, and this pillow is genuinely helping my sleep. The way i’m able to position my arm on the side of it is a game changer. It’s firm, but soft and my head fits perfectly into the mold. I definitely would recommend this for anybody that wants to keep their head and neck straight, or if you just want to be able to position your arms in a way to give you that extra support. So glad I bought this!

I was waking up daily with neck and shoulder pain and finally gave the LBRAMS Cervical Pillow a try. From the first night, I felt a huge difference. The soft version offers perfect support without being too firm. My neck stays aligned, and I wake up pain-free. It’s cool, comfortable, and holds its shape beautifully. I even bought one for my mom, and she’s now a fan too. I’d suggest offering more size options and a small guide for first-time users adjusting to cervical pillows. Maybe even a travel case or extra cover. This pillow truly delivers, and it’s worth every penny!

Where has this pillow been all my life?
First of all…this pillow looks so funky! And I had my skepticism on if it would do any good. I have terrible migraines with neck pain. The pain was getting to a point I thought I would give this funny shaped pillow a try since med changes were not working. First night in and WOW! It was the first night my jaws relaxed so much my mouth opened! I wear night guards for teeth grinding. Maybe not anymore! Then another WOW..I can breathe out of both nostrils! I was blaming that on allergies! Must not be! It has been my neck posture while sleeping all my life! It does take a little getting used to with the lumps holding your neck in place. But ahhhh…I know I am healing after years of bad sleeping. I can sleep on my back, side or tummy and get support. It has a cover to wash as well. Although, I use my own cover on top of that one. Not extremely pricey and can be replaced after a year or so if needed. It did have a slight odor at first. But went away after airing out. The size of it was good. It is soft too. I like that is has two heights. I’m sold on this funky pillow. And my neck says Thank you. Migraines are hopefully a distant memory for me too; However, that may be wishful thinking.

Throw away all other pillows you own!
I rarely leave reviews. However, after receiving this pillow, I just had to share my bliss! I had been having terrible neck pain and headaches. I tried drugs, traction, physical therapy and multiple types of pillows. I was skeptical about ordering this pillow because of how it looked. After only one night, I couldn’t say enough good things about it. I used to toss and turn all night long. Now once I get to sleep, I don’t wake up until morning. My neck and headaches are so minimal I almost forget about them. The other thing is that I am getting into a deeper sleep and dreaming like I was never able to before. I highly recommend it to anyone with neck pain or headaches and are looking for a wonderful nights sleep.
