It is possible for me to choose from three distinct color temperatures by just clicking the remote control. These temperature options are warm, natural, and cold. As a result of this adaptability, I am able to create the ideal atmosphere for every event, whether I am hosting an intimate party or just unwinding after a long day. The dimming feature is an additional benefit that enables me to alter the degree of light intensity to the level that I personally want. Taking the remote control into consideration, it is a complete and utter game-changer. As a result, you will no longer have to struggle to reach the pull chains or fumble with the wall switches. From the convenience of my sofa, I am able to simply regulate the speed of the fan, the brightness of the light, and the color temperature with the press of a button. This Fan Has It All
Love this fan! It’s super quiet, looks modern, and moves a lot of air. The remote is easy to use and I love being able to adjust the light color and brightness. Great quality for the price.Also, customer service was great. The original rod was not long enough so I contacted them and they sent me a longer one for free.

Outstanding Customer Service and High-Quality Ceiling Fans
I rarely write reviews, but I had such a great experience that I felt it deserved to be shared. I recently installed two of these ceiling fans in my living room, and not only do they look fantastic and work perfectly, but the customer service truly went above and beyond.Due to my sloped ceiling, I needed a 24″ extension down rod. After purchasing the down rods, I realized I would also need longer wiring to complete the installation. I reached out to customer support with some questions about the electrical schematic and explained my situation. To my surprise, they responded very promptly and took the time to thoroughly explain everything to ensure I was set up for success.What really blew me away was that they offered to send me a compatible extension down rod and the extension wiring I needed—completely taking the stress out of what could have been a complicated situation. It’s rare these days to see a company so willing to go the extra mile for their customers, and I was honestly caught off guard in the best way.As for the fans themselves: they have a memory function, which is great if you want to use a wall switch to turn them on and off—the fans will recall their last settings. When you want to make adjustments, the wireless remote makes it easy. You can even pair multiple fans to a single remote, which is super convenient.All in all, I highly recommend these fans—not only for their sleek design and features but especially for the outstanding customer support. It made all the difference in my experience.

Good enough quality, works fine

It seems fine. It was cheap. You can see in the video that the outer casing has a wobble that’s really just the barrel not being the same height all the way around. Otherwise the barrel roundness seems fine. Warm light is really yellow, and natural is pretty blue, but again, let’s remember I got it pretty cheap. Operates quietly, remote works fine, and this mounting bracket actually has room for the receiver module and the wiring. I did another one these from another manufacturer and that receiver barely fit with wires. Overall seems fine.

Cheap Fan that Stopped Working After Year of Use
Garbage fan that stopped working after less than a year of use. I bought the fan two years and a month ago, but it sat in its box for the first year before I installed it. Now the fan won’t turn off at all so I’ve got to endure full speed during the winter time, and because it’s one month out of warranty the company won’t fix it.

Make sure you know your downrod needs before ordering
Wonderful fan. Only glitch was I needed a longer downrod. Contacted customer service and the sent me a new one with wiring harness. Only issue was they sent two of the same harness so one would not work. Luckily I had an electrician doing the install so he pulled wires from my old fan to get it to work. Note that if your old fan worked off of 2 wall switches, one for the light and another for the fan this light will only connect to one of the switches which will turn the light on and then you control from the remote for the fan. The remote will also allow you to turn the light off and just run the fan. Despite this I would order another fan but I needed flush mounts and did not see this option.

Installation challenges
Love the fans, installation was a challenge. The coupling collar hole was too small to fit over the down rod. I did not see any other comments about that happening to other people. I went ahead and ground the hole out with a grinder since we didn’t have time to work on getting a replacement. Also some of the grommets were too tight and needed forced on the screws. This was the second of two fans that I installed. On the first one, I had the same challenge with the controller box as did others, but no problem with that in the second one. These fans are not the easiest to install, but the end result is good. Would have loved to have given 5 stars because I like the fans. They are very quiet I don’t normally leave reviews but thought this might be helpful if someone else had the same problem.

Good ceiling fan & light

This ceiling fan is packed with features, is very quiet, and the fan and light work very well. I’m a little disappointed with a couple small details. You can see from the video that the fan housing is a little warped because the gap between the motor housing and the light opens and closes as the fan rotates. Also, the fan that I replaced, and the other white ceiling fans that I have in my home have white hanging balls, not black. In my opinion, a white ceiling fan should have a white hanging ball to make it look more finished.
